\u304a\u4f11\u307f\u306a\u3055\u3044<\/acronym>\u00a0it is mostly used when we are going to sleep or rest. It's a nice way to say goodbye.<\/p>\n

An interesting thing about the greetings above, is that each of them has a specific time to be used.<\/p>\n

\u304a\u306f\u3088\u3046<\/acronym>\u00a0\u2013 It is usually used between the beginning of the day and 11:00 in the morning.<\/p>\n

\u3053\u3093\u306b\u3061\u306f<\/acronym>\u00a0\u2013 When it means \u201cGood afternoon\u201d, it is used from 11:00 to 06:00 at night.<\/p>\n

\u3053\u3093\u3070\u3093\u306f<\/acronym>\u00a0\u2013 It is usually used from 06:00 at night until the beginning of the other day.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The four words above are used for the same purpose, but in very different situations. Depending on the level of formality of the conversation, certain words are preferred.<\/p>\n

\u3042\u308a\u304c\u3068\u3046<\/acronym>\u00a0\u2013 An informal mode, but of general use.<\/p>\n

\u79c1\u306e\u540d\u524d\u306f\u30d1\u30a6\u30ed\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/acronym>- My name is Paulo.<\/p>\n

The expression\u00a0\u79c1\u306e\u540d\u524d\u306f\u30d1\u30a6\u30ed\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/acronym>\u00a0is usually used as a sentence pattern to say your name in Japanese. It consists of three parts:<\/p>\n

\u79c1\u306e\u540d\u524d\u306f<\/acronym>\u00a0- My name<\/p>\n

\u30d1\u30a6\u30ed<\/acronym>\u00a0\u2013 The proper name phonetically transcribed to katakana.<\/p>\n

\u3067\u3059<\/acronym>\u00a0\u2013 An auxiliary of formality that can be translated as our verb to be or to be.<\/p>\n

To say your name in Japanese, just transcribe it in katakana and replace the highlighted word with your name transcribed in katakana.<\/p>\n

\u79c1\u306e\u540d\u524d\u306f\u30d1\u30a6\u30ed<\/span>\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/acronym><\/p><\/blockquote>\n
