This word should be used in cases where we don&#039;t know if we will see that person again. That&#039;s why\u00a0<acronym title=\"sayounara | bye\">\u3055\u3088\u3046\u306a\u3089<\/acronym>\u00a0It is used a lot when Japanese people end their relationship.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, avoid using\u00a0<acronym title=\"sayounara | bye\">\u3055\u3088\u3046\u306a\u3089<\/acronym>\u00a0to say goodbye when you know you&#039;re going to see the people you&#039;re saying goodbye to again.
